About the Event
Cupping is the process of determining the quality of the green / roasted coffee and what determines specialty vs. commodity grade. You will have the opportunity to cup a few varieties of coffee, looking for the "notes" present within the beans. Each participant will get 10% off their roasted coffee purchases the day of the class.
